Sending money with PayPal

It is easy to send money with PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can send money from your PayPal balance, via a transfer from your bank account, or with a credit card. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can send money via credit card and at the same time sign up for a PayPal account.

1. Go to www.paypal.com > click “Send Money” from the top navigation.
2. Complete the 3 step “Send Money Now” process.
   • You will need to know the email address of the person you are sending money to.
   • On step #3, if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one and pay with your credit card.
   • On step #3, if you do have a PayPal account, login and under “Payment Method,” you can choose to pay with your PayPal balance, transfer from the checking account associated with your PayPal account, or pay with a credit card. Simply click “change” to change the payment method. If paying with a credit card, that card should already be in your PayPal account.
     

*To add a credit card to your PayPal account, simply login at www.paypal.com > choose the “Add or Edit Credit Card” from the “Profile” menu.
