ActiveSync and Windows Mobile Device Center setup instructions for WebsiteValet.com Hosted Exchange

You can use Microsoft's Windows Mobile based Smartphones and Pocket PCs to wirelessly sync and access your WebsiteValet.com Hosted Exchange mailbox. For Windows XP computers, you will use ActiveSync to set up your Windows Mobile device. For Windows Vista computers, you will use Windows Mobile Device Center to set up your Windows Mobile device.

Once you connect your Windows Mobile device to your computer via USB cable, ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center will automatically detect your device. Use the settings below to set up your Windows Mobile device to connect to your WebsiteValet.com Hosted Exchange mailbox.

1. Exchange Server: exchange.websitevalet.com
2. Check "This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection option."
3. Username: Company.Username
   
4. Password: The mailbox password
5. Domain: MAIL (Make sure to use ALL CAPS)
6. Check "Enable Save password option."
