POP3 and IMAP access to your WebsiteValet.com Exchange mailbox |

E-mail clients, such as Eudora, Outlook Express, and Thunderbird can't access Exchange mailboxes via the default MAPI protocol created by Microsoft. Instead, they must access e-mail via POP3 or IMAP.
Note: POP3 access does not allow access to most features of Exchange. It only gives access to just receiving and sending e-mail. Your data will not be kept on the server, and therefore you cannot access your full mailbox from anywhere. You will also not be able to share your calendar, contacts, tasks, etc. Note: IMAP access does not allow access to most features of Exchange. It only gives access to receiving and sending e-mail. Your sent and received messages do get saved on the server. You will not be able to share your calendar, contacts, tasks, etc. Here is the information that you will need to setup a POP3 or IMAP client:
If your ISP blocks port 25, you can alternatively set your e-mail client to communicate on port 587 to our SMTP server. |
