Once Google hosted mail is set up on your domain, you'll probably want to import mail from your old POP3 e-mail account, or mail from your ISP issued e-mail box. The video below shows you how to have Gmail automatically check your POP3 e-mail box and import that mail in to your Gmail account.

If you are checking your ISP issued account, like an @comcast.net account, you can have Gmail import that mail forever so you never have to check that mailbox at the www.comcast.net website, or set that account up in your mail program. (It is important that you check your ISP issued mailbox often as your ISP will send you important service messages there.)

After watching the video, you can go here to follow the official Google instructions.
