I'm a big fan of Microsoft Exchange 2007 e-mail boxes. I have an Exchange mailbox that I access via Outlook 2003, Outlook Web Access, and my Windows Mobile Pocket PC Edition phone. I like my Exchange account because all my sent/received mail is synced in real-time in Outlook on my laptop, Outlook Mobile on my Windows Mobile phone, and Outlook Web Access on any computer in the world. Besides my mail being synced, all my contacts, calendar appointments, and tasks are synced in real-time too. POP3 and IMAP mailboxes can't do all that.

Since the iPhone is a big thing these days, I should let you know that Exchange mail is not compatible with the iPhone at this time. However, you can use Outlook Web Access Light Version through the Safari browser on your iPhone. It isn't the most elegant experience, but it works. (Big news, support for Exchange is coming to iPhone in late June 2008. You can see more about it here.)

Take a look at this video showing how Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Microsoft Outlook 2007 work.

Now, go see this video showing you the Outlook Web Access user interface.

Finally, here is an Outlook 2007 video.
